Access Control by E-ticketing with PHL7112

More and more event parks introduce E-ticketing. The monkey park Apenheul (Ape Hill) started working with this system last year (2007). The barcodes on E-tickets contain information which, when scanned, is checked and stored in the central database.

The PHL7112 provides the following features:

  • Rugged terminal, ideal for outdoor situations
  • Pistol grip enabling extra comfort
  • Integrated barcode scanner to read the E-ticket
  • WiFi-network connection for immediate data transaction

This process assists Apenheul in monitoring visitor profiles and visitors do not have to wait at the cash register anymore.
